Champagne Dijon Dressing

INGREDIENTS:

1 garlic Glove, crushed

1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

1/4 cup Champagne Vinegar

1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

1 Tbsp Honey

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1 tsp dried, crushed oregano

3/4 cup Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS:

Whisk together the garlic, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, honey, oregano, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Slowly whisk in the olive oil until the dressing is emulsified.
